Adamson Systems Engineering, developer and manufacturer of high-end loudspeaker systems for the professional touring and installation market, supplied Waves Audio with their sound reinforcement needs at NAMM 2010. All though Adamson did not have a booth at NAMM in Anaheim, a couple of their newest Point Series boxes were placed in the Waves booth to give them the necessary volume boost during their presentations and training program at the infamously loud show floor. Much like Adamson’s, the Waves mission has been to develop and provide solutions that enable unparalleled sonic quality for all audio applications.

The end of the year is a busy time for corporate events organizers. One of the largest and most prestigious holiday season celebrations in Germany, The National Press Association’s annual ball (Bundespresseball 2009), took place at the Inter Continental Hotel in Berlin. The 2,500 strong event guest list featured the upper tier of the Germany’s politicians & cabinet ministers, media and corporate personalities, all headed by Horst Köhler, Germany’s President and official Head of State.

One Love Sound Festival, the biggest indoor reggae festival in Europe,  took place in the historic Centennial Hall, in Wroclaw, Poland, which is listed as one the great architectural and engineering achievements of the 20th century by UNESCO. On November 14th close to 10,000 people filled the famous venue for the 6th edition of the Festival.

In Bolivia, where music is part of daily life, technology is changing the way people listen. Smaller shows can be just as technologically advanced as the big ones.  
What gets taken out on the big tours coming through the larger cities will reflect the attitude smaller companies have towards brands, but in countries such as Bolivia where companies invest significantly greater portions of their incomes to attain high end technology many factors weigh in.
